This course gives comprehensive and detailed coverage of the principle and application of vibration analysis and its role in investigation machinery defects. Time waveforms and spectra of defective machinery is described and some aspects of data collection and signal processing are covered.

Who should attend?

The course is suitable for engineers and technicians involved in PCM (Plant Conditioning Monitoring) with six to nine months’ experience of vibration analysis and data collection, and who wish to expand their knowledge but might have limited relevant experience. It is a prerequisite that participants have completed the Vibration Analysis - Level 1 course.
