Spherical plain bearings Rod ends Plain bushes Thrust washers, strips
INA offers a comprehensive catalog range of maintenance-free spherical plain bearings to DIN ISO 12240. We can therefore offer you the right bearing and different sliding layers that are optimally matched to the operating conditions of almost every application.
Spherical plain bearings with ELGOGLIDE®:
We supply high-performance, maintenance-free sliding materials based on a PTFE fabric under the name ELGOGLIDE®. They are suitable for contact pressures from 1 to 300 N/mm2 dynamic and are particularly recommended for applications in which minimum friction is a requirement.
Spherical plain bearings with additional PTFE sliding layers:
PTFE composite for compact radial spherical plain bearings from bore diameter 6 mm, for contact pressures up to 100 N/mm2.
PTFE-bronze film for compact spherical plain bearings series K.
Radial spherical plain bearings
Radial spherical plain bearings comprise inner and outer rings with maintenance-free sliding layers made from ELGOGLIDE®, PTFE composite or PTFE-bronze film. They are thus suitable for alternating dynamic loads. Large spherical plain bearings of d = 320 mm and above belong to our premium class X-life
Angular contact spherical plain bearings
Angular contact spherical plain bearings comprise inner and outer rings with ELGOGLIDE®. In addition to radial loads, they can also support high axial loads.
Axial spherical plain bearings
Axial spherical plain bearings comprise shaft locating and housing locating washers with ELGOGLIDE®.Large spherical plain bearings of d = 220 mm and above belong to our premium class X-life
Cylindrical plain bushes
Cylindrical plain bushes comprise a steel support body with ELGOGLIDE®. They allow not only swivel movements but also axial movements and can support higher forces than conventional plain bearings.
Maintenance-free rod ends
Maintenance-free rod ends comprise a housing with integral shank and a maintenance-free spherical plain bearing. They can support radial forces in a tensile or compressive direction and are suitable for slow movements with small or moderate swivel angles, for unilateral loads and under certain conditions for alternating loads (also suitable for alternating loads with GE..-UK-2RS ).
