Triondur (TPI 115)

Maßgeschneiderte Schichtsysteme für hochbeanspruchte Bauteile

Triondur-Schichtsysteme werden im Vakuum nach dem PVD- und plasmaunterstützten CVD-Verfahren hergestellt. Zur optimalen Funktion der Beschichtung ist dazu die gesamte Prozesskette dem jeweiligen Schichtsystem angepasst. Da so neben dem Grundwerkstoff auch die zu beschichtende Oberfläche und die nur wenige Mikrometer dicke Funktionsschicht zusammen berücksichtigt werden, kommen die herausragenden Eigenschaften von Triondur optimal zum Tragen. Deshalb ist Triondur auch mehr als nur eine Beschichtung: Es ist ein Schichtsystem, das das ganze Bauteil berücksichtigt.

Tailor-made coating systems for heavily loaded components

Triondur coating systems are produced in a vacuum using the PVD and plasma-aided CVD processes. In order to ensure optimum function of the coating, the entire process chain is matched to the specific coating system. Since not only the base material but also the surface to be coated and the functional layer just a few microns in thickness are considered together, the excellent characteristics of Triondur have an optimum effect. Triondur is therefore more than just a coating: it is a coating system that takes account of the complete component.
